Instructions
The first baseman fields a ground ball to their right, creates a throwing lane by stepping toward the inside of the diamond, and executes an underhand toss to the pitcher covering the bag. The toss should be firm and lead the pitcher slightly so they can catch it in stride before hitting the base. This drill emphasizes communication and the timing of the feed to a moving target.
